All goods are sold by CrossbowWear Ltd (the seller) to any purchaser following terms which shall prevail over any terms contained in the Buyers order or in correspondance elsewhere unless specifically agreed to in writing and signed by a Director of the seller.

Plain or stock garemnts can be returned with in 14 days with a 20% handleing charge, which will be advised to the customer.

The seller reserves the right to revise prices and will advise customer at point of order.

Payment
a/ payment of invoices shall be made in full within the terms prevailing on the date on sale. It is our righ to charge interest on the over due accounts, at the rate of 5% over the Bank of England base rate. The seller reserves the right to alter the amount of credir either up or down.

Delivery
Delivery dates mentioned in either an order confirmation or verbaly are approximate. Delivery will be from the sellers premises, deliveries are sent by next day carrier serive. Carriage is charged on orders under £300 net. If the buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods the seller may dispose of the garments as he see fit.
